We provide a 12 month Warranty on our Rattan Items.

Please Note that each item is Carefully Handcrafted by Artisans and will have a worn patina, with some signs of imperfection.

We recommend that Rattan is placed undercover away from the Rain as it may wear down over time.

Our Warranty Covers major structural defects that may occur within a 12 month period that would affect its use. Normal wear and tear is not covered, including fibres loosening and paint fading.

Please Retain your Receipt for proof of purchase.
